Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everything you upload, write, create or share with Flying Car AI (flyingcarai.io): images, video, text prompts and the results the service creates. It is part of our Terms of Service. Flying Car AI ("we", "us") runs the service.

How the service creates content

Flying Car AI creates results with AI models: MiniMax Hailuo H3. Every model we offer goes through the same content checks. Results are made by AI, not by a person.

Never allowed

We block these and close the accounts involved. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.

• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors.
• Deepfakes of real people: face swaps, "undressing" or nude images, sexual or intimate scenes, and images or video that show a real person doing or saying something they didn't. This applies whether or not the person agrees.
• Content that promotes terrorism, extremism or mass violence, or gives instructions for weapons.
• Content that incites hatred or violence against people for who they are.

Not allowed

• Pornography and sexually explicit or nude content.
• Graphic violence or gore.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats or bullying.
• Impersonating a real person, brand or organization, or content meant to deceive, such as fake documents, IDs or receipts, or misinformation.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, including copyrighted characters and brand logos you don't have rights to.
• Content that encourages self-harm or illegal activity.
• Spam, or trying to get around our checks, for example with prompts written to trick them.

What you upload

Upload only your own photos and videos, or material you have permission to use from everyone who appears in it. Uploading another person's photos without their permission is not allowed. Permission doesn't allow any of the deepfakes above.

How we check content

• Before creation, we check your text request and every file you upload, automatically.
• After creation, we check every result automatically before you see it. A result that fails is not shown, and its credits are returned.
• We keep records of these checks, and we update the list of blocked terms as new kinds of misuse appear.
• Reports are reviewed by a person.

Reporting

If you see content that breaks this policy, or content that uses your image or work without permission, email support@flyingcarai.io with "Report" in the subject. Tell us what the content is, where you saw it, and how to reach you. We keep the reporter's identity confidential.

We reply within 2 business days, and within 24 hours for anything involving the safety of children.

What we do

Depending on how serious it is and whether it has happened before, we may:

• block the request or remove the content;
• warn you;
• limit or suspend your account;
• close your account permanently, without a refund for an account closed for a serious violation;
• report illegal content to the authorities.

Appeals

If you think we acted by mistake, email support@flyingcarai.io within 30 days with "Appeal" in the subject. Someone who wasn't involved in the first decision will review it, usually within 10 business days.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service and the law change. If a change is meaningful, we will update the date above and tell you on the site before it takes effect.
